To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, parts, and accessories included. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and please note that final sale, clearance, customized, or altered items cannot be returned or refunded. Products showing visible signs of wear, damage from use, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@balahut.shop. Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional shipping cost. Any issues reported after this time will be considered normal wear and tear and will not qualify for a return. All returns are accepted through mail only. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by emailing us at info@balahut.shop. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.
For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as arranging return label at own expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not charge restocking fees. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, and they will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us in advance exchanges are subject to product availability.
